While it's completely understandable that an urgent care can change their services, I specifically requested a rapid pcr covid test (as advertised) and found out after I was swabbed that they don't offer 15min rapid pcr, but it's a 24hour test. I'm giving a one star review because I believe I was intentionally tricked. I highly recommend Hazel Park Urgent Care over this place, much better service

Don't expect to get your covid test results in time! It took 4 days to get mine! Staff that answer the phone are rude and know nothing.

한국복귀를 앞두고 지난주에 covid-19 검사를하고, 다시한번 입국전에 방문하였어요. 검사도 빠르고 이곳분들 모두 너무나 친절해요~천사예요 모두^^

Update: The clinic told that my sample was lost and asked me to redo the test. Did a covid test at this site on Friday and was informed I would receive a call for the result the next day. Still no result on Monday. The staff asked me to call the lab directly and the lab never picks up the phone

Was waiting for an hour and half to get sign in papers, called three times , at the end took no more than 5 min to be tested and out of there. The staff is very friendly.
