I hate to be negative, but I've been trying since June to contact someone with no luck at all. I've had to find other vendors/techs to work with their installation. I think it's safe to say based on other reviews that this operation is no longer in business. I hope all is well with them.
They installed cameras at my home. Have been calling since June to get an appointment and still has not happen. Now they are not even returning my calls and I'm without a security system!
They installed our system a while back. When they first installed it they were great. We have been having issues with the NVR system from almost day 1. It will randomly beep in the middle of the night. I called to have someone look at it and they either don't answer or tell me something to try that doesn't work. I had an appointment this evening. Received 5 star service from Max Video Systems. Eric was very accommodating, thorough and upfront explaining systems and options. Pricing is also very reasonable for that type of professional installation. Roman did an excellent job installing our security camera system, including one camera that was in a very difficult place to reach, but he got it. These are not your security cameras from Best Buy.
