Called from one IT Company to another asking about a password we never received. Spoke with someone on the phone and they told me they don't keep credentials and immediately hung up.
Bad company , bad customer servise, lov quality of work performed ,owner and manager junk, failure to comply with national codes and fire safety
I called the company and some guy just kept cussing me out because I called him.
I honestly don’t know how this company is still in business. There is no word to describe how unbelievably unprofessional they are. I would stay away if I were you.
