Very happy with results Thanks to previous reviews, I tried this salon and I am very happy with the results. The stylist was so professional and had such a warm personality. I felt like I got a high-quality hair cut and good direction for the future. My hair is fine, thin, disappearing as we speak, so this made a huge difference. And I felt it was really reasonable and a relaxing atmosphere.
Terrible Customer Focus I just recently got a haircut by an new employee who had been transferred from a previous Aveda studio. I told him I wanted my haircut the same style it currently is just shorter. I even went so far as to say in which manner I did and did not want him to cut it. After 45 minutes of having to sit through a stylist who had no conversation skills, smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, and who yanked my hair every which way, he turned me to face the mirror and I was quite shocked by what I saw. Posh without pretense Ever walk into a salon and feel overjoyed by the posh and stylish decor- only to be overwhelmed by the hipper than thou attitude of the staff? Granted, a great haircut can be life hanging, but I'd rather skip the extra large attitude, please. Max is the perfect fit for you. Beautiful Salon Setting and Excellent Staff make for a great experience. Gleaming hardwood floors and an easy to navigate Aveda product display, welcomes guests into Max Salon & Spa. They offer new customer discounts as well as ongoing promotions for all. The staff is talented and professional. My hair color service with one of the newer hair technicians would appear to be from a much more experienced veteran. There's nothing bad to say about this place but some will say the prices are high.
