I had my second lumbar fusion this month. Dr Steuer did my first 13 years ago. I went 9 years without significant back pain until needing a fusion at a different level. I’m a physician and I can tell you that you will not find a more competent and compassionate team than Dr Steuer, Carter and August. The same goes for the front office staff!
The thought of a major back surgery created a lot of anxiety for me. But the nerve pain in my leg was debilitating. My pain specialist Dr Cody, referred me to Dr Steuer. I am five weeks out from surgery and I can't praise this team enough. Dr. Steuer, Carter and August make a great professional team. A great team that will help you feel like your new self! My ACDF was completed and I was relieved of my issues. I would recommend Dr Steuer to anyone that would like a professional and caring team to help you through your issue(s).
I cannot say enough, good things about Atlanta, progressive spine, and neurosurgery Associates! I had spinal surgery and I’m two weeks postop. My pain is gone, and they have been there every step of the way. They are patient, kind, and just provide a sense of ease before during and after your surgical process. I have been a patient of Dr Steuer’s for about 8 years. I had ongoing pain in my cervical neck, C3-C5.
