I am currently renting just started a 2 year lease. Im very happy with the property and management, maintenance orders are handled swiftly and with care. I found my property via Facebook and have had zero issues.
I have several properties with this company and I’m very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them for property owners.

Don’t waste your time. Will send you a bunch of confirmation messages before a showing but then won’t show up or give you a call back.
The simple review: This company isn’t worth your time. Josh is rude, and unprofessional. The in depth review: This company (Josh seems to be the only customer service) is hard to contact. Apparently he was on vacation and made absolutely no effort to inform anyone despite calling 10 times over 3 days, on every possible number I could find ( which all lead to him🤦♂️) I finally resorted to emailing him, which was slightly better, but would still take a day to send back “yes”.
