By far the best place to go for all your supplements, advice and even nutrition plans. Ask for Jamie Free, the owner, and he can answer all of your questions. The man is a genius!

I used to get all of my workout supplements from GNC, but since I stopped in at Max Muscle, I have not gone back to GNC. Max Muscle in Cool Springs has very knowledgeable staff and a great selection of product. Always enjoy visiting and trying out new samples. The Choc Chip Cookie Dough QuestBars are awesome too!
Awesome place if you are looking for help with your nutrition! The staff is very knowledgeable and they won't sell you things you don't need just to make money! I've been using their expertise for over a year now and send all my friends there too!
