Poor customer service. Roof cleaner showed up five hours late was unable to finish promised to come back the today. as yet have not seen the roof cleaner and it is 4 PM contacted the company twice today to find out when the cleaner thought he might be here office workers promised to call me back to let me know when I could expect the person to arrive. no return call received.called office later in the day they again promised to call me back.
