I started working with a previous lender which was not exactly a smooth process. Best mortgage company ever! So I purchased my first home with Max Leamen team in March, prior to this I had worked with capital one and DHI. I had such a bad experience with capital one that the deal fell apart and DHI took weeks just to generate a pre qual letter. I do not like to use the computer so I really liked the fact that every step could be conducted in their office. I liked working with Sherri E. so much because of her attitude. No matter what time of day it was I was always greeted in the same manner. Sherri answered every single question with patience.
