I had a very difficult stain on a nylon jacket. Although the stain could not be totally removed, I really appreciate the efforts that were tried. I figured if Max I. Walker can’t remove it, nobody can. Lady I spoke with was honest about the challenge and she was very friendly. I was very pleased with my experience.
I am new in the area. I called this store to see if they provided a particular service. The phone just rang and rang. Finally someone picked up and abruptly said, "Hold Please." They never came back on line to pick up. Not very good customer service.
