I have known Max for several years now. This is the second time I’ve used him and his services. First was to buy a home, then recently-sell one. I never had a bad experience or interaction with Max. He is friendly, communicates (even after hours), and is aggressive with your needs and wants. He will not allow you to get walked over by other [pushy] agents. I had a deeply disappointing experince with Max. he was unprofessional and and with very little guidance about negociating and what to look out for with someone who was supposed to be advocating for me, instead he made me feel like he was working againest my interest and just wanted to close the deal and get his commision. He did not disclose some information which he was supposed to and it was very frustrating and I had to pay extra to get the work done.
Max did a great job for us, he went above and beyond to make sure all our needs and concerns were addressed and resolved, i would highly recommend him.
Max is great! Made the process easy and was on top of everything. Always in communication and up to date with every step.
