Customer service desk personnel are rude! This is the second rude girl I’ve encounter at this location. They act like they don’t want you to ask them any questions and they seem to want first dibs when it comes to equipment, even though I’m a paying customer. Walton way location is better.

The staff is nice and the locker room is very clean. The equipment is fine with me- yes, it’s small-ish in there but it’s an express location so that’s to be expected. No complaints from me!

I just joined this gym but I'm dissatisfied with the broken equipment and lack of paper towels to clean machines with. I went to the front desk this morning and told the 2 young girls that the cardio room has been out of paper towels for 2 days and that the ladies locker room didn't have soap to wash our hands. Their reply was that the cleaning person didn't work weekends. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!!!! Great gym equipment. It's busy late in the afternoons but still a good gym.
