Checked out their products on line and then decided to purchase in store as they are centrally located in Oakville. In store, Adel was very helpful and friendly. I purchased the thermostatic rainfall shower with the handheld shower as well. We did have an issue with the shower arm. As it was rectangular shaped and not round or square, the contractor could not connect to the rough-in elbow. I had to urgently replace a rusted out rain shower arm - I couldn't find it anywhere but here so made the drive. Glad I did! So helpful, kind and accommodating - and a nice selection of faucets too! I wish I had discovered this Canadian company prior to my renovations ... Will definitely be back for future faucet needs!
If I could give no stars, I would. Max markets their products and copies brands like Rohl, Newport Brass, Moen, HansGrohe etc, but like a house of cards they take your money and run. Their overstock of returned items are shipped out mismatched and incomplete to end users and consumers. They take a really long time to respond, and only by email. Issues with defective or poor performing products are supported by long-winded prescripted email replies asking for video after video and photos after photos as you are left stranded ... read more
