Good showroom in a compact space. They only really carry one brand but it looks to be very high quality, and nice especially considering it's Canadian. Prices are quite good. Adel was very friendly and helpful. The location is around the back of the building.
My wife and I went to this store and purchased a rain shower head faucet, along with a tub spout and 2 sink faucets for our family washroom. The gentleman at the store was very helpful and was very welcoming to our family. He offered full support if my contractor had any issues. When installing the contractor ran into an issue here the button was not working properly but ended up troubleshooting the issue fairly quickly and fixed it button plastic piece was slightly off. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customer service like this deserves recognition. We purchased a luxury shower system from MAX Faucets as part of our new home renovation. Shortly after installation, we noticed that the finish on the shower head was peeling. I reached out to their support team with photos, and within a couple of days they reviewed the case, approved a warranty replacement, and even covered the shipping cost as a goodwill gesture. Found Max Faucets on Google and made the hour plus drive to get to their showroom. Well worth the drive. The selection is plentiful. Many styles and colors. Adel was very knowledgable and we did not feel any kind of pressure from him. Ended up buying the taps, tub filler and shower system from him and we are thrilled with our purchase not to mention a fabulous price. And he had absolutely everything in stock. A great shopping experience, I highly recommend you stop in. Will be back when we do our kitchen reno!
DO NOT BUY FROM MAX FAUCETS. WORST PRODUCT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never regretted a purchase more in my life. The product quality is incredibly cheap. The exterior finish on our faucet is completely deteriorating and ruined. Their customer service is an absolute nightmare designed to exhaust you until you give up. They force you to jump through endless hoops just to delay your claim.
