Order the kitchen fucet, it arrived. When the plumber went to install it, it was found that o-ring for the supply waterline was improper. And would have leaked and made a possible mess. Customer service like this deserves recognition. We purchased a luxury shower system from MAX Faucets as part of our new home renovation. Shortly after installation, we noticed that the finish on the shower head was peeling. I reached out to their support team with photos, and within a couple of days they reviewed the case, approved a warranty replacement, and even covered the shipping cost as a goodwill gesture.
