Great food and service, sorry that they closed.
This place has about the same amount of excitement as a grow man watching Frozen on DVD. Food is blah. Servers are blah. If you ever find out you have a year to live go to Max and Ermas because time stands absolutely still while you are there. Servers show more customer service to each other while gossiping at the end of the bar. Save yourself and if you're hungry, at 12 Oaks Mall, pull your shoe off and eat it. You'll have a better experience and the taste will be better.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The service was great. The food was very tasty. Love the margaritas. My waitress was Taylot and she was very friendly and pofessional, always nearby if I needed her and always checking back to see how I was doing. Yes I would certainly come back and dine and drink here again.
While i've been a big fan of Max and Erma's for years, this particular location just can't get it together. No matter what time of day I go, whether I am the first one in the restaurant, there during a busy hour, or there when it's more quiet, there is ALWAYS a long wait for the food. I have no idea what is taking so long to put 3 salads together but today we ended up waiting far too long for our food.
