We enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. We are from out of state, so it was nice to go someplace new to us. We highly recommend Max & Erma's

Wasn't very happy with our service. My steak was tiny and not cut up like it normally is ( Laredo steak) then my loaded potato had only two small pieces of bacon on it and then you get two sides and a salad and I ended up having to pay for one of my sides which was a soup. We normally always have amazing service. Not sure what has changed.

The service was great. The food excellent. Our server was Jenny and she was very attentive. I had an awesome Cheeze burger cooked just as requested. Margaretta perfect. The all you can eat seasoned fries tasty. We normally go to Red Robin but due to being closed for renovations, we chose Max & Erma's in Beavercreek. I am glad we did. We will go back again.

I watched her do all of those things with her one other table, so someone explain it to me. I spoke to the managers and they thought it was odd and told me that she is no... read more

Had good service, just was a little disappointed when we asked for a medium bacon cheeseburger and received a well done burger with half a strip on bacon. It was lunch rush, not saying that's an excuse, but we took into consideration.

Horrific experience. Waited way to long to be seated when we were the only ones there. Had to get our own silverware and napkins from a different table. Food taste was not what it use to be. I guess we know why they are closing down. Will not be back.
