RecommendedI did the infrared body wrap last Saturday and it was amazing! I was afraid I would be claustrophobic but it was very relaxing. I recommend it!
Love it there! I made a choice to start working out last month, advice I received by my Dr. to lower my blood sugar. I feel better in such a short time, everyone there is so nice!!!!
I had a horrible chest cold, no voice, lots of congestion. Kathy suggested 30 minutes in the aromatherapy room, decided to give it a try yesterday. By last night my voice had returned to normal and the congestion was breaking up. If your feeling under the weather, give them a call. You'll be glad you did!
This is a relaxed place to workout with friendly staff and friendly gym members who like sharing information with each other on specific weight-training and cardio workouts
I went in this morning and tried the new infrared body wrap . Loved it. So relaxing . Can’t wait to see the progress I can achieve adding this to my weekly schedule . Fair warning drink lots of water before you go and after as you will sweat a lot. But it’s a good thing. Can’t wait till Friday !
