I strongly suggest never to rent from these people. Dennis is a scammer! You will not get your deposit back from any rental of his. Even with before and after photos. It's ridiculous We had a short notice to move, said the owner was selling asap, 4 days later, after a family of 7 is out and scrambling to find a roof over our heads, we seen the house re posted for 400$ more monthly. I would not recommend renting from this company. The good: The townhouse I went to look at was in decent condition, and in an ok area. The price of the rent was reasonable. The principle broker Dennis was cordial over phone and email. The bad: The screening criteria for submitting an application was nowhere to be found on the website. Credit score seems to be the only important qualifier, so if you have a low credit score for any reason be prepared to pay double the deposit plus first months rent. I can't even begin to describe how unprofessional, disappointing and unrealistic our experience with this company was. However I'm going to attempt to put this all into words. At the first everything was wonderful the property we viewed was gorgeous and well kept. The website was well designed and easy to use.
