We had two area rugs and our couch cleaned. He did an AMAZING job! Our couch was completely soiled and looks brand new and the carpets are perfect!
I know Max carpet care for years. They are very professional, perfection to detail every service they do. I saw the last two reviews and was very surprised. I contacted the owner and yes, it's confirmed, someone is trying to harm his business. The good thing is he has proof of the messages the company got from the person who's posting the bad reviews trying to blackmail the good name in exchange of money. Is funny how poor mind people nowadays wants to make a living haha.

I had a disappointing experience with Max Carpet Care. I hired them for a deep cleaning of my carpets, and they took longer than expected to arrive. When they finally showed up, they didn’t seem prepared and used equipment that didn’t appear to be in great condition. The cleaning was poorly done; my carpets still had stains and didn’t smell fresh afterward. I tried reaching out to customer service to address the issues, but they never responded. Max Carpet Care was a letdown. I called them to clean my carpets, but the service was below expectations. The team arrived late and was unprofessional, rushing through the cleaning without paying attention to detail. After they finished, my carpets still had dirt and stains in multiple spots. When I called to ask for a re-clean, I was ignored. To make matters worse, they charged me more than what was initially quoted. Very poor experience, and I will not be using their services again.
