I put $190 on an apt that I really didn't want but I was in a position I had no choice. The 190 was to hold apt until they fixed issues in apt. Exactly one week later, today, I called to get my deposit back because it is a dump, smells like dog urine and the bathroom floor is caving in. The Property Manager and office personnel are always kind and polite when I contact them for any reason including a maintenance situation. Marquita is alway helpful with even the smallest things. For example faxing important documents and in a timely manner. She's always friendly, sweet and professional. My experience with the maintenance staff is they do their up most best, are always nice, polite, and bend over backwards to do their job and leave you happy. Absolutely worst place i ever lived do yourself a favor skip this place unless you absolutely desperate. Bugs, rude management terrible apartments. Parking is weird if you park in the "wrong" spot may find your car towed. Bands of roving kids roam the complex with no supervision i literally seen kids kicking someone car while parents laughed. Love the police? Good because you will be seeing them every weekend.
I called just to ask about an apartment and the man was very rude. told me he would not hold an apartment for my parents. even thought it would only have been a few days. I have never had a landlord say that. glad I didn't have my parents rent from them after I seen the reviews anyways. sounds like a slumlord.
Great guy to rent from some places aren't the best his name goes by them.. But I'm here to tell you I love in one of his houses and I'm perfectly happy no bugs and he's not a slumlord who leaves things undone and he keeps up maintenance. Thank you Max and office and maintenance for all you do.
