maxbuild is the builder that our apartment block (28 floors) engaged for some major renovations for each of the apartments in the whole building. As an occupant of 1 apartment that lived through the whole process, I can highly recommend the Max Build team who were always accommodating of my work schedule so that we could co-ordinate me being at home to provide access to the construction team. Maxbuild have completed the removal and replacement of an existing Colorbond roof and gutter on the roof of my unit in Queenscliff. Not only have they done a good job but what pleased me was they offered suggestions that improved the design. Also very pleasing was they also shortened the construction time so that the work was undertaken during a window of opportunity when the old tenant moved out and before the new tenant moved in.
