Had a house scheduled to see with my realtor and we have hit something on zillow and had a agent call me. Told them just that and he said I'm in the area and can show you today. Being excited we asked if I needed my agent and he assured us that we don't. Seen the house signed the paperwork after being told it's for liability and that he needs to have proof who he showed the house to and after 5 min we left.
