The worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a car! !!!!!!! I informed them of my credit that it wasn't good. (Their motto is your job is your credit ) Bull÷=%!!! My wife and came their test drove a couple cars and then left they did not get copies of any of our information . I get a call the next morning an they tell me they need proof of income. I have been at my job for 3yrs. This place sucks
We bought a 2011 dodge 1500 outdoorsman. We bought it from the new location at 6731 IH-35 South. Our sales guy was Daniel and he was great. Very friendly and willing to help us in any way he could. He was super knowledgable about Dodges. The only down fall is we are having problems with the radio turning off and on. However, that had nothing to do with the sales guy. We are taking it to the dodge dealership because it still has a factory warranty. Thanks Daniel
Today Max Auto tried to scam a women and deceive her totally. She is disabled and Max Auto solicited her after her children reached out to find a vehicle for their mother. They scammed her, tried to confuse her, wanted a perfect credit co-signer to put her in a vehicle so she would be comfortable., They lied to her and prayed on a sick w omens' illness and her vulnerability to achieve a car sale. Little do they know what lady they tried to scam....
Caveat Emptor...
Great and friendly staff, very helpful and gave me a great deal. I would definitely recommend to everyone
