Very fast. Had someone out the very next morning at my location to replace the glass on my Jeep. Fast, knowledgeable and not a young high school kid that is still learning like you might find at the national brand stores. If paying cash, they are cheaper than the national brand and better.
So, I used to love SafeLite, but due to the headaches and lies from last year, I had to find a new place for a new rock strike.
