My appointment was on August 12th, it was my first time ever going to a salon to get my hair braided, it was also the WORST EXPERIENCE. I got home, my head was burning and bleeding, I’m in so much pain. I’m a very DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER, Please take me seriously, when I say,DONT GO TO THIS SALON.

Don’t go to this hair Salon! They gave my 6 year old daughter 2nd degree burn on her back dipping her hair in that boiling hot water! And they have unsafe equipment in their shop so don’t bring your children here! And when they mess up and make errors, they DON’T take accountability! Take caution before making an appointment with these people! And if you must bring your children… Don’t leave them there by themselves! You need to be there monitoring everything‼️

Worst experience in a braiding shop. These braids look terrible, we waited almost 2 hours in the middle of the service because the lady said someone else would finish the front and just went on about her day. Waited another 25 minutes for water to heat up. Terrible experience, will not ever bring myself nor my child to this establishment again. $140 for large box braids for a child. Ridiculous!
