Dr. Kiran and Dr. Jaideep are exceptional doctors. They are the most caring and thoughtful physicians I have ever had. They never seem in a hurry and always help with any questions one might have. When no one else could help me, including specialists, Dr. Jaideep was the one to help me out. The receptionists are prompt and helpful. I always have a pleasant experience whenever I visit. Thank you all for your services.
Dr. Jaideep Bhalla is an amazing personality. But the receptionists are both very rude and disrespectful. She has to learn customer service skills. So irritating Ladies.
I have visited Dr. J. Bhalla' clinic couple of times in an emergency and even lately, and I would like to say that he spend good time listening to the concerns, and helping out with that, so 4 stars for him. But I didn't have good reviews about the front desk staff from my past experiences,but lately the experience with one of their staff named Twinkle was amazing, she was extremely helpful and, returned and answered my calls very politely.
