Me and my family coming in this clinic from 2016 . Dr Kiran bhalla and Dr Jaideep bhalla both are very intelligent and knowledgeable doctors. They both listen carefully patient problems and give good suggestions and prescribe medication as needed . Before that receptionist behavior was not good but we come for doctor treatment. But now they change their front desk staff also . All front desk staff is polite and handle patient very nicely. I recommend this clinic to everybody .
The staff are always friendly and cooperative. The receptionist greets patients warmly and, for convenience, communicates in whichever language the patient prefers. The same applies to the doctors. They are quick to diagnose issues and still refer patients for tests or specialists when needed, without taking any risks with patient care. The only drawback is that the waiting and seating area is quite congested.
