The staff are always friendly and cooperative. The receptionist greets patients warmly and, for convenience, communicates in whichever language the patient prefers. The same applies to the doctors. They are quick to diagnose issues and still refer patients for tests or specialists when needed, without taking any risks with patient care. The only drawback is that the waiting and seating area is quite congested.
I wish i could give them negative stars. NEVER GO TO JAIDEEP BHALLA. They used to bs my family doctor but not anymore after today. They will give you time frame to visit anf then still wait for 60-120 mins like WTH. This time they made me wait 2 hour just to go to doctor and turn away to wait more just for a DRESSING. For a dressing it takes 5 mins only my kid waited in pain inside for 2 hours for our turn once we inside to doctor he just to let us know to wait more that he is not in mood for dressing. 0 stars for the receptionist Dr. Kiran Bhalla is a very kind and caring doctor, but unfortunately, the receptionist is extremely disrespectful. Every time I call to ask for an appointment, she responds rudely and says they are fully booked and closed. She never tries to accommodate or help. I recently asked for an appointment for my child, but she dismissed me and told me to wait until next week because they are fully booked. This has happened multiple times.
