Dr. Jaideep Bhalla is an amazing personality. But the receptionists are both very rude and disrespectful. She has to learn customer service skills. So irritating Ladies.
I have visited Dr. J. Bhalla' clinic couple of times in an emergency and even lately, and I would like to say that he spend good time listening to the concerns, and helping out with that, so 4 stars for him. But I didn't have good reviews about the front desk staff from my past experiences,but lately the experience with one of their staff named Twinkle was amazing, she was extremely helpful and, returned and answered my calls very politely.
