Started off TERRIBLE when I skipped walking my dog to rush to my 2:00 oil change appointment just to have to wait till 2:30 for my car to be pulled in once the receptionist decided to show up &tend to the line that had accumulated in her absence(we were all waiting to be noticed by the staff on the other side of the glass). Once Jeff(Manager) was made aware of our frustration he became OVERLY ACCOMMODATING which redeemed this location for me. Even gave me a GREAT discount for the inconvenience.
