The store itself was impressively welcoming and practical for waiting on your vehicle. I was helped immediately when I walked in by Mr. Galo. He did not try to pressure me into getting other jobs done on the vehicle, even though I knew it needed these repairs but could not afford. He did not judge me as a dumb old woman. He kept a smile on his face the whole time. By the time I sat down and went through a few emails, my vehicle was ready to go. I will be a regular customer of this establishment. A+
Redacted my previously good review. On my last oil change they put cotton inside my in cabin air filter compartment. This could not only harm the car but could potentially cause a fire hazard. I do not recommend especially if you intend to keep your vehicle and passengers within safe.
Excellent customer service! Was in and out and helped as soon as I walked in the door.
