Fast and straight to the point service. Mason did a great job at getting me in and serviced in at a reasonable time.
Dennis and Mason are outstanding representatives and agents of Mavis. I went into the store unplanned, and Mason patiently listened to my issue and took the call as I was making my way over, unannounced. I arrived, on a Friday afternoon, to a calm, and pleasant shop. Dennis met me as Mason checked me in, and we discussed the lug nut retorquing that the Mavis downtown had denied me in haste (see my other review, not so great). The whole team was incredibly friendly and fast. My wife and I were taken care of incredibly well. They also hooked us up with amazing pricing. We got a full set of new tires, brakes, and rotors without breaking the bank. We’ll definitely be returning for any future repairs!
Thank you to the whole staff. Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable team, and even went out of the way to make sure we were ok. They personally went to retrieve the tire to bring us for the appointment Went in for a tire swap. And alignment check. They got me all good to go and even let me know that I was over due for a brake and rotor swap.
