Mr Robert was very impressive. He was friendly with great customer service. He was knowledgeable and he can be trusted.
Came to Mavis for my brakes a while ago and then went out of the country for a while without putting on the new wipers they gave me and got back to see they didn’t fit, Robert and Nora did everything to exchange the wipers as quickly as possible with this stormy weather. The service has been great with every visit, thanks.
Needed 4 new tires installed on a random Sunday, called Mavis and booked an appointment. Dropped it off at 1 and a few hours later, I was behind the wheel. Robert and Nora are all-stars for this location. Very kind and never tried to aggressively sell me on any additional services. Robert even went out of his way to bring out the tires I bought, so I could see/feel them. You have to appreciate that type of passion.
