The people are very nice. Slow as hell, but very nice.
Bought new wheels and tires about 4 months ago. Picked up a nail and needed a repair. Guy working the front said it would take about 45 minutes. Over an hour later, my truck was finally pulled onto the rack. Asked for a tire repair, a balance and rotation. Then I watched the guy working on it take the tire off the front and move it to the rear, no balance. Brought it to their attention and it was corrected but only because I saw it. Fast friendly service. They had my tires ready and installed in under 30 minutes.
This store sucks. Told me they rotated my tires they did NOT. Be sure you get back your lug nut key when you get tires 1/2STAR SERVICES
