I blew a trailer tire today and couldn’t get any help from my insurance company, I went to DT to get a replacement and the front desk man Robert “I think was his name” saw how overwhelmed I was and ask his manager if we could help further , they actually sent a mechanic with me to undo the flat tire , bring it back to their shop, fill it then bring it back to my truck to replace!!! Great experience, they treated me fairly and price was extremely fair. Didn’t charge me to repair a tire! Gave me a great price on brakes. Definitely happy I have bought two sets of tires from here and will keep using them.
I was quoted a price through corporate with Doug.. It was the only reason I went there.. But they added all these charges in and did not give me the “out the door” price i was quoted... They tacked on other charges.. called the next day to speak to manager.. He was not there and he never bothered to call me back.. I would not trust this place EVER! they do not care about doing what is right!!!Will not go back and will let everyone know my experience..
I wouldn’t waste any time or money on this place. Very disappointed in the new way of doing business. I spent $650 on brand new tires almost two years ago. They were supposed to last 60,000 miles but have only lasted 30,000. They won’t help me at all. Gave me a 1-800 number to call. I won’t ever be back!
Slooooooooooooowwwwwww! If you have all day, this is your place! Had to raise Hell to get my tire looked at. No I didn't have an appointment. The tire I bought from you was at 6# this morning. Just needed it looked at. Train your mechanics to multitask!
I bought 4 tire for my van, in less then a week with very little use I noticed a bubble in one of the tires. Not only was I charged for a new tire, the made me pay a disposal fee for the tire they sold me that was defective.
Honesty is hard to find when you're looking for someone to work on your vehicle. These guys are straight up. I won't trust anyone else in the Cumming area with my truck...period.
My family was on our way back from vacation when we caught a flat. I called Kauffman and within 10m of pulling in they had me ready to roll and back on my way! Professional and quick with a clean store in a great location. I cannot say enough good things about them!
