I really appreciate Mavis Home Care. My client is family, and Mavis treats us like family! Ms. Polk is intelligent and nice to work with. She is very concerned about her clients and always available to match them with valuable information and specific resources.

I met the owner this past Friday. She was extremely professional and represented Mavis Home Care, LLC very well. I was particularly impressed by her passion relative to the clients she cares for. In a world where so many things can go wrong and never get addressed, it was refreshing to me to know I can depend on Mavis Health Care! I will continue to refer them whenever the opportunity arises.

Mavis Home Care is responding to Nikki Ford. The events took place in this manner: You requested a caregiver for 3 days Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Our caregiver did not report to your assignment after coming for the pre-training appointment with you. We called the caregiver the morning of her assignment to check of her arrival. This company was supposed to care for my mom for 4 days they came for 2 days the other 2 days they didn't show up or call to explain why we still haven't got an explanation. They also was supposed to make sure all forms be filled out so that I can get paid for caring for my mom and that didn't happen I ended up being turned off and had to figure out by the state the ms pope never turned my papers in for a whole year.
