I believe that I've been going to the Mavis Ewing location going on three years and each time I go, I end up spending much less than I anticipated going in. Ky, Ed, and the crew are professional, courteous, and thorough everytime. The wait can be a little long, so I would suggest scheduling an appointment. I highly recommend this location.
I wouldn't exactly call them and discount store their customer service was good but it took over two hours in a non busy store replace one tire and fix another
I never thought I’d be the type of person to write Facebook reviews but this place literally makes me big red mad. Horrendous. DO NOT GO HERE. These people are clueless. Went to get new tires after being recommended here. I’ve been back twice since getting new tires and it’s been about a week. The don’t keep record of your information so no one knows what is going on. My tire went flat 2 days after getting new tires. I took it back and they told me it was my stem. Had them replace It. This place is horrible ever since Crystal left...This place replaced a rim for me and ever since my car has been making noise and they refuse to even take off the tire to inspect the problem. I have complained at the central office where the regional office has done nothing as of this date and now I am waiting for the BBB to get back to me on my complaint.
Not happy at all........................................
