1st time was there all day when they said the job would take an hour and a half. This time, lost my tail pipe. Brought it in, got quoted to repair, replace. Couldn't do it because a welder wasn't there. Brought it in yesterday, said np, they could take care of it but I ran into a kidney stone. Confirmed that I would be back in the am. DO NOT GO HERE. Installed a sheet metal screw in my tire when I asked them to look for the source of a slow leek I had been looking for for months. Obvious plant. No wear on the screw head at all. Still shiny and brite. In the tire just out of repair able range. Cost me 250 for a new pair of tires. These people are thieves. Do not go there.
Absolutely horrible service. I called yesterday because one of my tires went flat. I told them the size I needed, they said they could get it in today and get it fixed. I confirmed that they could do it today several times, because I am working tomorrow and would need to go elsewhere if they couldn’t do it today. He said absolutely, they would get it done today. *DO NOT GO HERE* On Saturday July 21st, my fiancé took my car to be inspected at Mavis. I had just had work done on my car and it is a 2016 so I knew that there would be no issues. Upon getting to Mavis, the mechanic/inspector, let's in this case call him Joe, said that one of the things that cars usually fail for is their wiper blades so don't be surprised if it fails for that.
