Short story: brought my car in for new tires, nothing wrong with the vehicle 30K miles. Left with "christmas lights" and told to drive the vehicle and the lights will turn off. 500 miles later they are still on and now my car is sitting in the Honda dealership. On June 15th I called around 1 pm. for inspection appt, they gave me 4: 00pm. dropped my car at 3:45 pm went for coffee and went back at 4:45pm. when I saw my car at the same place I left it, I got upset and asked when it will be done; they told me they had a broken pipe and water leaked on premises, and they were behind schedule.
