I went in for a tire alignment today and had the best experience! I was in and out rather quickly and the price I was charged was very fair. I will definitely be back in the future. Update 11/11/25: Jamie is the best! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and got my tires swapped out in just a couple of hours. The customer service here is top-notch — they handle a busy schedule with ease and still make every customer feel valued. Such a great experience with a wonderful local business!
Awesome experience today, had to get new tires on the jeep and a low beam bulb put in, had an appointment at 10am and out at 11am Bobby was a great person to deal with no issues no hard time, would definitely recommend
Went to have my tires studded mounted and balanced they were very courteous and quick about the service I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Long story, will try to be brief, this is not a shot at the work performed but a shot at the warranty practices of Mavis. Took my car in for lower control arms, they sourced them from a local advanced auto, The part has a two year warranty. After a year they have failed. Mavis has a 12 month parts and labor warranty that is not on their receipt. Because these parts were sold direct to Mavis, Advanced Auto will not warranty unless it is to Mavis.
