I've been staying at the holiday inn express for work, I've had a few meals here, the prime rib, ribs and flatbread, they all were excellent. I sat at the bar, the bar staff was very friendly and did a great job. I eat in all of restaurants around the country, I really like maverick, I'm going to try the wings next.

It was pretty busy for New Year's Eve and our waitress was awesome! We sat by the garage doors and expected to be cold, but we were good. We ordered drinks and appetizers and they were great. The Mavericks wings are excellent. We had a great time and will be back again soon. Thanks!

Walked here in the blistering cold from the super 8 to get some good food. Order a smoked prime rib and ranch seasoned fries. Yes you read that right a smoked prime rib. Have to say it was a pretty damn good prime rib too. First time I have ever had a smoked prime rib and I'm from Nebraska. Where steak runs wild. If I'm ever staying close again, I'll definitely be stopping back in.
So we haven't been to Mavericks for a long time due to poor service and bad food. We have a friend in town that we have not seen for 13 years, he was a regular at our bar in Wyoming. Our food came out and it was a disaster. One of the steaks was suppose to have ff but came with a baked potato two steaks were good but I didn't get my asparagus and the last steak just didn't get ordered. I was in Aberdeen visiting this past weekend and ate at Mavericks for dinner Saturday night. The beef brisket was amazing! The best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back anytime I’m in or around the area.
Great service and food on my most recent visit. The brisket and beef fillet were both delicious and came out fast even on a really busy Saturday night. It was the best brisket I've ever had in Aberdeen. Thanks to Assistant GM Brandi for recommending I come in to try Mavericks again. She was right. I loved it.
