During my employment at Maverick we were held to a higher standard. I am not sure if it’s because you all have become a CDL puppy Mill with new drivers or you all have relaxed your safety requirements. I see more and more drivers from Maverick parked on the shoulder of the highway sleeping. Being you all have Lytx cameras you all should enable the sitting duck feature that will notify you if someone is sleeping on the shoulder. Safety why risk it right?

Good school to go to but a horrible company to work for
Would not recommend if you have a family or someone to go home to. Would not recommend unless you are a no limit soldier that hardly eats, barely sleeps, and can ignore your basic needs. Better manager-driver communication is desperately needed, as well as notice to drivers’ physical and mental wellbeing needs to be vastly improved.
Dangerous drivers employed by Maverick. Put me and my children into the ditch today on I44 and didn’t even bother to stop.
