Great atmosphere and calm professionals for the kids. We drive an hour based on the Dr's specialty and my children's conditions.

Not accommodating for larger families (and very condescending about it). The "Admin Manager" insisted that my 4 children come across different days/times so that they aren't "running wild" while they wait (which they were not; the dentist had just pointed out their good behavior). When I said they'd all have to be there whether it was their turn or not, she said "well we assume you'd have a babysitter for the other children." This is a PEDIATRIC dentist. That is expecting me to make multiple trips AND find childcare multiple... read more
