I had a horrible experience. We had to have our home restored after hurricane Micheal. We started with JKS but then we were told that Luci and Larry would be here to finish, that they were the crew to remain. I was not informed they were a totally different company. Once we received the total payout from our insurance , and paid them a substantial amount, we then had to begin the fight to have the promised work done. Stay away from this company! I contracted with them for hurricane damage repair in November of 2022 and four months later, fired them. They lied about everything from applying for permits to when they would show up for appointments and everything in between. Their licenses are questionable and under investigation by the State of Florida. Luckily, I got my money back but wasted 4 months of valuable time to get my home repaired, not to mention all of the anxiety and stress they caused my husband and I. This company doesn't care about their client. Once we paid money to get job started, we heard nothing until we had to threaten to go to the state licensing board. We r still waiting to have our final inspections done so we can finally be free of them, 3 1/2 years later. Do not trust these people, run far away
