I bought a condo managed by them 5 weeks ago, submitted renovation plan and still did not get the response until now. I tried to call and they said they cannot do anything about it because its the board decision. I had to stall my renovators, my contractors and I could not move in until now. Over a month! Unbelievable.
I'm only writing this review as Maverick is one of the few property management companies I've dealt with that I've had positive experiences with. Always professional and courteous.
