Had a seamless purchase experience with Jefferson Davis and Tom the sales manager. Everyone was able to help sort through any of my new rider questions.
Received very sloppy 5K service. Oil filter loose - big oil puddle under bike when I got home from the dealership. Tightened filter and fixed leak. ECM plug was also left dangling from side cover, not a big deal just sloppy. Also, the service advisor had an extremely poor attitude. When I dropped off my bike for the 5K service, I had a couple concerns that I wanted addressed. Advisor only took my name and number, didn't write down what I wanted checked. I purchased a new bike from Maverick HD, a 2014 FLHSX Streetglide Special. When I purchased the bike I bought the prepaid service plan. I only used a couple of the oil changes since I was not riding much the last couple of years. I was selling the bike and asked for a refund and they refused to refund my money. Ok, I get that, however I asked if they would transfer it to the new owner and they said they would do that. We got my husband’s CVO Road King back today! She’s running great, and they even identified and fixed an idle problem we didn’t tell them about (one our local harley dealership tried 4 times to fix and couldn’t even duplicate). I am BEYOND pleased with the service department at Maverick Harley Davidson. We will definitely be back. Excellent service with a smile... and they bent over backwards for us! THANK YOU for a fantastic experience we honestly didn’t expect.
