They want to charge $149 to just to come out. No free estimates. What a rip off.
Mike at Maverick Construction and Handyman was very friendly and professional. I live 3 hours away from my rental and called Maverick Construction and Handyman, Chris seemed on want to take care of the 4 issues my Tennant had efficiently. He explained to the tenants why they had the issues they had and how to keep them from reappearing. Great experience
Handyman was very responsive and professional. He cared about doing a quality job, and we are very pleased with the projects he completed for us. He offered to pick up materials I ordered and he was proactive about scheduling a repeat visit to apply texture on our walls.

Loved Jeff’s work I hired him to hang curtain rods .He was prompt in getting back with me as well as prepared to do job with all necessary tools and walked me through what he was doing and as well as providing tips and education for future. Very friendly and really nice to work with as well as very reasonable. I will use Maverick Construction and Handyman in future and highly recommend to anyone needing this type of service.
