My husband and I own a local venue here in Monroe, so we have had several opportunities to see Maverick Catering in action & providing different types of food as well. We cannot say enough about how professional they always are, punctual, well dressed, organized & their presentation of their food is fantastic & beautiful! Maverick was amazing for our wedding this past June! The food was spectacular and was a big talking point for our guests during the reception and in the days to follow. They were fun to work with and were excited for some creative menu choices. We had a huge pan of paella along with whole smoked pig accompanied by some Spanish and Korean appetizers. Went to an outdoor wedding and these folks did the catering under trying weather conditions and were amazing!! Prepared and cooked onsite with a skilled, friendly and professional staff. Food was awesome. Highly recommended.
