They were AMAZING. Super responsive and excellent food. I shopped around a ton, and they had the best service, by far! I noticed that most caterers were just too busy to reply in a timely fashion, and they had fixed menus with very limited flexibility. A good wedding caterer is hard to find, period. Maverick was thorough and professional. We had an amazing full meal tasting... which was pretty cool. Our menu was very unique and different too. They did such an awesome job. Me and my wife couldn't be happier with the food and the guests loved it too. The only part I messed up? I didn't order enough oysters! Both the owners are so easy to work with and accommodate to every need that you have. I highly recommend them if you want to smooth transaction and to not have to worry whether or not the food is good....cause it's great!!
