this place is another alpine apts waiting there are half of these apts with no heat we are using ovens and portable heaters the cockroachs here are extreme , there is no control on this property ,sqauwders in every empty apts ,i am getting info on owner because i want to send him a letter of intent to sue him ,the owner is a slum lord he only does something when the city makes him
RecommendedThis is an awesome priced apartment complex and as far as problems go it doesn't matter where you go or live anywhere it's a part of life, i am moving to maverick soon as possible, people say bad things but they're not telling you the good about this apartment as i lived on s bruce st from 2015 to 2016 and never had problems with anyone on the street or apartments in the area, i say live in the area before you judge it including maverick apartments, and if you do live there judge it fairly! my first week roof fell in and now the tub won't stop draining and I have to wait all the way until Monday and it's Friday just to have the maintenance come out
Only stay here if you want crack heads banging on your door at all hours of the night or your neighbor's breaking into your house because you got something they don't
Good place, mostly quiet. I LOVE lacie she is a great manager. I am happy to be here and we have some good neighbors so far.
