Dr Jenkins and her staff are wonderful! I’ve been taking my cat to banfield for years, but as soon as something was really wrong with her they couldn’t figure out what it was without charging and arm and a leg for it. So instead I took her to Mavericks and not only did they find the problem, but they fixed it! She had to go through surgery and it’s been over a month now and she is back to her normal healthy self again. I truly want to thank them for the peace of mind that they have brought me. I have been going here for many years. The staff are amazing and truly care about you and your furbabies. The prices are incredibly reasonable. There are at least 12 vet offices that I pass to go to Maverick.... and as long as they are open, I will continue to do so!!
I love Maverick! Been going there for 14 years. Dr. Sleeper is the best, he has saved us tons of money. He is always willing to try even if he's not sure it will work. My boy, Prince, had Pancreatitis and on the edge of death. We didn't have the $600+ it would have cost to be sent off for sonograms. He worked his magic and healed my boy for less than $100. My boy, Gator, we rescued. We saw somebody abandon him, he had a broken elbow. Dr. Sleeper thought he was going to have to amputate, instead he put a splint on his leg for... read more
Drs. Jenkins and Sleeper are amazing! They won't sell you something just to make a buck. They truly have a heart for animals and their wellbeing, while consciousness about your pocketbook. Plan a few hours to wait in line, but so well worth the wait! The care they give is exceptional and it's at a very affordable cost. You couldn't ask for more from a vet.
They definitely do a great job ... as a walk-in clinic amazing place they see everyone place is clean always busy but they have excellent management very calm very friendly moderate charges which makes it a lot easier for our doggie budgets
