I live in Cocoa Beach now and had been going to Mavericks prior to our move. My cat became very ill and all the vets in Cocoa Beach were just charging hundreds and my cat was getting worse. So we drove 2.5 hours to see Dr Jenkins. Long story short, he has crypto coccus and she saved him. After a few months of antibiotics and lots of love he is back to normal. I've been coming to Maverick since 1999. For the price of the service you get. Dr. Sleeper has always been amazing with all of our animals. If he ever leaves here, I will follow him where ever he goes. But the Karen at the front desk needs a attitude check. She is absolutely rude to us every time we call or come in. I have seen her be rude to many other patients, as well. I have complained about her attitude towards us and nothing has changed. I am told that I am the only one that has complained about her. I love them, how they take care of my pets and they are not at all over priced, they make it affordable for people to help take care of their animals!!!
Absolutely LOVE Maverick!!!! Dr Sleeper is amazing. He & Dr Jenkins take such good care of our fur babies when we go. We pass several other vets just to get there. Their prices are so incredibly reasonable. It’s nice They do see patients on a first come first served, but I honestly don’t mind the wait... they are MORE than worth it!!!!
