My mother is getting some of her in-home care from Mavencare, and Victoria, who is in charge of scheduling, has been helping us. I have been very impressed with her work. She has been very efficient, very tolerant of requests for scheduling changes, extremely patient, and very kind and personable. In particular, since this past Saturday when we lost our live-in caregiver, literally from one day to the next, she has "saved our bacon" and with a great deal of empathy at a time of extreme stress for me and my son and daughter. ... read more
I would like to thank Mavencare for helping in my successful, post-surgical recovery. Their diligence, compassion and excellent care made all the difference. Most especially Kevin Gov and Victoria Sobinova were outstanding and made sure I was informed every step of the way. As well, a huge thanks to my wonderful caregivers who each contributed to my care - thank you so much for your many kindnesses and wonderful care: Joy, Angela, Catherine, Nyong (not sure of this spelling - with apologies), Lilibet, and Jojie.
