My mother is getting some of her in-home care from Mavencare, and Victoria, who is in charge of scheduling, has been helping us. I have been very impressed with her work. She has been very efficient, very tolerant of requests for scheduling changes, extremely patient, and very kind and personable. I would like to thank Mavencare for helping in my successful, post-surgical recovery. Their diligence, compassion and excellent care made all the difference. Most especially Kevin Gov and Victoria Sobinova were outstanding and made sure I was informed every step of the way. As well, a huge thanks to my wonderful caregivers who each contributed to my care - thank you so much for your many kindnesses and wonderful care: Joy, Angela, Catherine, Nyong (not sure of this spelling - with apologies), Lilibet, and Jojie.
On short notice Mavencare came to my rescue when I was in dire need. They visited my mother in hospital in the afternoon and a PSW showed up at our home the next day, and for the next eleven weeks. More importantly you can contact your team anytime if you have concerns. We built very close relationships with some of our support workers. Mavencare was there when we I needed them.
