One of my best decisions ever!!!!!! Maven is what got me off the couch and in the game. I lost 40 plus pounds of fat while adding muscle. Last year I did 4 trialthons in four weeks. I never would have did that on my own. What are you waiting for ?!!???!!!????
Challenging & efficient! Great group of trainers and positive atmosphere.
The kids program is great! It gave my oldest son, who is not interested in competitive sports, an alternative option to be active and get a workout that he actually enjoyed. The instructor pointed out his bad posture and suggested ways my son can improve that too. Although my son would usually choose more sedentary activities, he always looked forward to going to Maven. I highly recommend the kids program!

Great for everyone of all ages. I have a membership and my 10 year old son does as well. We both love the workouts but the community is what makes MavenCenter so special.
My 13 yrs old son is a true testament of taking a quiet boy and helping him achieve confidence, acceptance, and excitement for fitness! Coach Anthony has helped my son to feel accepted no matter what fitness level you are working at! Go Maven Kids!
